We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns

You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

To start a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide instructions on how to send your item back.

Please note: return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
